	Cannon is a bombseller from [[TWW]] that lives on [[Windfall Island]]. He has very expensive prices wich is the reason why [[Tetra]] and the pirates tied him up, gagged him, stole the [[bomb]]s and left him alone in his shop. It is unknown if he got free by himself or if anyone rescued him. [[Anton]] is most likely the guy who found him because he takes lot of strolls around town!
