is the second Boss in PH.
Characteristics
As Link climbs to the top of the Temple of Wind, strong gusts from an unknown origin delay his progress. At his destination, the door shuts behind him, and a flying Octorok-like monster riding a tornado descends to fight. The monster is the boss, which appears to face the Hero.

While fighting Cyclok, any one of three points on the area's floor will be covered with a small tornado. Throwing a Bomb into one of these cyclones will send the explosive flying upwards and if one of these Bombs hits Cyclok, he will be temporarily brought to the ground. While his foe is stunned, Link can make multiple damaging sword slashes or Bomb throws on the monster before it recovers flight. The monster's main method of attack is to dive towards Link, but all the hero can do to avoid this is walk out of the way. Cyclok's second attack involves spitting miniature tornadoes in Link's direction, which will cause damage on impact. Much like the cyclone that normally appears in the arena, Cyclok's projectiles can be used by Link to launch Bombs. Once Link defeats the Stirrer of Winds, he acquires more sand for the Phantom Hourglass and a Heart Container. By slaying the monster and destroying its seal, Link frees and earns the accompaniment of the Spirit of Wisdom, Neri.

In the Himekawa, Cyclok appears and captures the young girl that Link and his companions found on the Isle of Gust. Linebeck grabs a Bomb Flower to avoid being being sucked by the monster's winds, which results in the Bomb exploding. This gives Link the idea to use Bombs against Cyclok.<ref>{{Cite Book|quote= I know... ==Trivia==
*In TWW, the TWWHD that guards Gale Isle bears a resemblance to Cyclok.
*The mark on Cyclok's head is the same design as the Wind Element from TMC.
*In HH, concept artwork for Cyclok was incorrectly labeled as a standard Octorok.

As Link reaches the top of the Wind Temple, the door shuts behind him, and an Octorok riding a tornado descends to fight him.  Fuokuta is the cause of the whirlwinds that have prevented Link from entering the northwest quadrant from the eastern portion of the southwest quadrant.
Nomenclature
The name Cyclok is a portmanteau of cyclone and Octorok, another enemy from The Legend of Zelda series. The french name Poulpatine is a pun on Emperor Palpatine from Star Wars.

On one of three spots on the ground, there will be a small tornado. By waiting for Fuokuta to float above that tornado, and then sending a bomb up to it, the boss will be temporarily grounded, allowing Link to slash at it with his sword. As the fight goes on, Fuokuta will sometimes go to the ground of its own accord, except still in its tornado.  This will cause the smaller tornado to switch locations.  Once Link defeats it, he gets more sand for his Phantom Hourglass, along with Nelly, the Fairy of Wisdom.
