The Desert Voe set is one of the many armor sets sold in Gerudo Town in The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild. It offers basic heat resistance, but upgrade it two levels it offers basic shock resistance. You can purchase this armor in the Gerudo Secret Club (the password is GSC diamond) for 2,400 rupees
