Biography
Fado is responsible for running the Ordon Ranch. He teaches Link to ride Epona by setting up fences for practice.[2] As goats never listen to him,[3] he often asks Link to help him by herding them.[4][5] After Link restores light to the Eldin Province and gets Epona back, Fado gives him a Piece of Heart if he herds 20 goats into the barn in less than three minutes.[6]
Fado is last seen during the ending credits calling to Link's empty house.
Trivia
- According to series producer Eiji Aonuma, the interior of Fado's house was left inaccessible due to time constraints during development.[7]
