The fake Master Swords are located in the Lost Woods in the north region of the map in A Link to the Past. These are decoys placed in the Lost Woods to prevent you from finding the real sword. They resemble swords with the blade stuck in the ground. There are several, and they can each be lifted, but not used as a normal sword; rather, they are thrown at enemies much like when throwing a pot.
