These creatures are possessed frogs that guard the temples in[[The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask]].
The first time is in [[Woodfall Temple]]. It rides the back of a [[Snapper]]. Once you have killed the snapper, this creature will run along the walls of the room. Shoot it with your bow.
