Glittering Spores

Glittering Spores are a special form of Mushroom Spores that can be obtained by slashing one of the glittering mushrooms. Unlike Mushroom Spores, Glittering Spores fill up Link's bottle and allow five uses. They act like Magic Powder in previous games; if sprinkled on dropped items, like Rupees or Recovery Hearts, it can upgrade them to more valuable Rupees or Fairies, and if sprinkled on enemies, it will stun most of them.
Uses

| Heart | Changes into a fairy |
| Insects | Attracts most bugs, such as an entire swarm of Deku Hornets, and prevents them from running away from Link in fear. Does not attract birds. |
| Gossip Stones | Shrinks them until it disappears and a new one rises from the ground in its place. |
