The Deku Tree is found east of Kokiri Forest. To reach there, however, Link must show Mido, who is blocking the way, the Deku Shield and Kokiri Sword. There is no mini-boss in this dungeon, although there are two individual Deku Scrubs in the dungeon, as well as the aforementioned group at the end.
The OoT3D is located inside his in OoT3D. The entrance to the OoT3D is blocked by OoT3D, who refuses entry to anyone without both a OoT3D and OoT3D. Once OoT3D equips both the OoT3D and OoT3D, OoT3D will begrudgingly allow him to visit the OoT3D. Inside the OoT3D, the OoT3D explains that he has been cursed and requires OoT3D's help to break his curse. If OoT3D agrees to help, the OoT3D opens his mouth, granting OoT3D passage inside. OoT3D and OoT3D, OoT3D, and OoT3D function. As OoT3D enters the OoT3D, the camera shifts to focus on a OoT3D, giving a hint for where OoT3D must go first.

To obtain all the OoT3D, Link must return to the dungeon after getting Bombs and the Boomerang.
Most of the OoT3D within the OoT3D are stationary and will not move around, teaching OoT3D how to move around OoT3D in combat. Some OoT3D cling to the ceiling and will drop down onto OoT3D if he approaches their positions, encouraging OoT3D to be aware of his surroundings. OoT3D is a forgiving OoT3D as a large number of OoT3D can be found floating in various parts of it, as well as inside many of its OoT3D. Several patches of OoT3D grow within the OoT3D and provide OoT3D as well as OoT3D and OoT3D when cut. These patches of OoT3D typically regrow after being cut, allowing OoT3D to retrieve an infinite stock of supplies.

In the MQ version of the game, besides the obvious change in the puzzles and Gold Skulltula locations, Gohma Larvae now appear all over the dungeon, along with Keese and some Big Deku Babas. There is a Business Scrub that sells a Deku Shield, and the Deku Scrub that reveals the code for accessing the boss's room is missing and has been replaced with a Mad Scrub. The slingshot and compass locations have been switched.
The vertical design of the OoT3D challenges OoT3D's spatial awareness and is also the key to entering the depths of the . The first room of the OoT3D is a large, three-story chamber that branches into various rooms. In the center of the first room there is a large OoT3D covering a pit leading to the depths of the OoT3D, though it cannot be bypassed from the first floor. The second floor holds the OoT3D's primary OoT3D, the OoT3D, which gives greater freedom to manipulate OoT3D and fight OoT3D from a safe distance. OoT3D is taught how to carry OoT3D from one OoT3D to another with OoT3D and to temporarily manipulate rooms with timed OoT3D while ascending the . A cowardly OoT3D can also be found on the second floor, who in return for his freedom teaches OoT3D how to safely land after jumping from high elevations. From the third floor, OoT3D is able to jump down onto the OoT3D and break it with the force of OoT3D to land in a pool of water in the bottom first floor.

A OoT3D on the bottom first floor activates a nearby OoT3D, which in turn burns the OoT3D covering it and teaches OoT3D about the flammability of OoT3D. To advance further, OoT3D must combine this and the knowledge gained on the third floor and carry OoT3D to burn the OoT3D covering a nearby OoT3D. A second cowardly OoT3D is found after this, who teaches OoT3D the secret to advancing beyond a group of OoT3D by defeating them in the proper order. Another room along this path tests OoT3D's ability to pass under a OoT3D, which can be done by either OoT3D and OoT3D to press an underwater OoT3D that lowers the room's water level, or by crouching and holding his OoT3D to pass underneath the OoT3D. A room along this path features a OoT3D, which can only be destroyed with OoT3D, which are obtained in OoT3D. At the end of this path is another OoT3D covering a pit to the bottom second floor where a group of three OoT3D guard the OoT3D to the OoT3D, OoT3D. By stunning the middle one first, the right one second, and the left one first, OoT3D will defeat them and gain entry. Out of frustration, one of the OoT3D reveals OoT3D's weakness before disappearing.

The OoT3D is a large room with four pillars. When OoT3D enters, OoT3D can be heard walking along its ceiling. By making eye contact with the OoT3D, OoT3D will begin the fight with her. Upon her defeat, OoT3D will leave behind a OoT3D that increases OoT3D's OoT3D and a OoT3D will appear to take OoT3D back to the OoT3D. With the curse broken, the OoT3D congratulates him and shares more information about the origin of his curse.

According to the OoT3D, he was cursed by an evil sorcerer named OoT3D who is looking for the entrance to the OoT3D that houses the divine OoT3D. Because he refused to give one of the keys to the OoT3D, a curse was placed on the OoT3D to drain his power and ultimately kill him. After giving OoT3D the OoT3D, one of the keys to the OoT3D, the OoT3D tells him to travel to OoT3D and meet with its . With his duty to protect the OoT3D completed, he passes away.

During the OoT3D, OoT3D is still able to enter OoT3D. This passage becomes blocked in the OoT3D. In order to fully explore the OoT3D, OoT3D must return with OoT3D and the OoT3D.

The design of the OoT3D is altered slightly in MQ. It features a different array of OoT3D such as OoT3D and OoT3D. Different OoT3D can be found within, though they largely follow the same concepts such as carrying OoT3D. Unlike in the normal mode, OoT3D must carry OoT3D through one room into another to activate two OoT3D as well as under the OoT3D without the use of the underwater OoT3D to light a OoT3D across the pool of water. The cowardly OoT3D can no longer be found, though the three guarding the OoT3D remain. The locations of OoT3D and the contents of OoT3D have also been changed. In order to fully explore the OoT3D, OoT3D must have OoT3D, the OoT3D, and the "OoT3D".

A OoT3D appears near the lowest pit selling OoT3D to replace OoT3D's if his is burned by the OoT3D. However, these cost 10 OoT3D more than those in the OoT3D.
