The Kaam Ya'tak Shrine is located at the southern base of Mount Daphnes in Hyrule Field. When Link enters the Ancient Shrine, he is greeted by Kaam Ya'tak, the Monk who designed the eponymous Ancient Shrine. and will wish BotW well before fading away.

Many different types of puzzles are present in the Shrine. Trails of red leaves can be found, with hanging Lanterns and Torches available if Link does not have Fire at his disposal. A Gyros, which controls a hammer that can propel a metallic ball which in turn pushes a stone ball. Switchs are also used to catapult a stone ball across a chasm and onto a much larger rotating platform. As well as lower a gate, making it possible for Link to smash another stone object with the use of Stasis into large doors.

Kaam Ya'tak awaits Link at the top of a platform in the Shrine's back end. Upon approaching Kaam Ya'tak, the Monk will present Link a BotW for completing the Trial, and will wish Link well before fading away.
In the hallway with the BotW, a BotW containing an BotW can be found in the corner. Through the second stone door, a second BotW containing a BotW sits to the left of the stairs. A third BotW containing an BotW can be found to the right of the BotW in the corner of the room, above the stone door. A fourth BotW behind a destructable block in the room with the BotW that opens the gate back to the earlier hallway contains a BotW. A fifth BotW, located directly beneath BotW, contains a BotW. BotW can obtain this BotW by launching himself using the BotW, and then gliding around to the back of the BotW on top of the wall and walk around to where the BotW sits.

A Treasure Chest inside contains an Edge of Duality. A second Treasure Chest contains a Knight's Broadsword. A third Treasure Chest found near the Gyros contains an Ancient Core. A fourth Treasure Chest found near the end contains a Silver Rupee, valued at 100 Rupees. A fifth Treasure Chest, located directly beneath Kaam Ya'tak, contains a Diamond.

Trivia
*Because the entire BotW is all in one long hallway with no enclosed areas, Glitches like the Wind Bomb and other launching glitches can be used to skip the entirety of the BotW and head straight to BotW.
