Biography
Kotta is a Gerudo soldier who can be found in the barracks in Gerudo Town. If Link speaks to her, she expresses disbelief that the Thunder Helm was stolen,[2] but is interrupted as Liana yells at her for speaking to outsiders.[3] She is then upset that she is in trouble again and blames Link for it.[4] Kotta gets sick while riding a Sand Seal.[5]
If Link speaks to Kotta after completing the Side Quest, "The Search for Barta", she comments about what a mess everything with Barta was and how she is jealous that Barta is somehow popular with men.[6][7]
