Needle Rock Isle is an island in the Great Sea of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. It has a really tall pillar right in the middle and on top of the pillar, there is a switch, so get out your pear and hit the switch to get the Heart Piece in the chest surrounded by fire. There is also a cave that once inside you must use the fire arrows to light six torches.
