Nintendo GameCube

The Nintendo GameCube was Nintendo's fourth home console system. After suffering from being released after the PlayStation 2, it early fell behind in sales numbers and never managed to regain what was lost. Due to disappointing sales numbers the consoles also lost a lot of third party support, which ultimately meant that the library of the games to select from was not impressive.

Nintendo fans however did not need a lot of second class games, and frantically supported the GameCube thanks to its exclusive quality games such as The Wind Waker, various versions of Mario, F-Zero, Metroid and much more.
