{{Term|CoH|Octavo}} can be encountered at the end of four elemental dungeons in {{Term|CoH|Hyrule}}, attempting to infuse the elements into his {{Plural|CoH|Instrument}} to create his {{Plural|CoH|Four Champions}}. When he is first encountered, he challenges {{Term|CoH|Cadence|link}}, {{Term|CoH|Link|link}}, {{Term|CoH|Yves|link}}, or {{Term|CoH|Princess Zelda|link}} in combat against his first {{Term|CoH|Four Champions|display=Champion}}.<ref>{{Cite|Greetings, holder of the {{Color|CoH Yellow|Triforce}}. ===Characteristics===

{{Term|CoH|Octavo}} is fought on a stage surrounded by monsters and possessed {{Plural|CoH|Green Guard|link|display=Guards}}. Using the power of the {{Term|CoH|Golden Lute|link}}, {{Term|CoH|Octavo}} summons monsters by channeling the various {{Plural|CoH|Instrument|link}} at his command. When these monsters have been exhausted, he will switch {{Plural|CoH|Instrument}}. Upon exhausting the {{Term|CoH|Glockenspiel|link}}, {{Term|CoH|Bass Guitar|link}}, {{Plural|CoH|Maraca|link}}, and the {{Term|CoH|Oboe|link}}, {{Term|CoH|Octavo}} will summon random sets of monsters with the {{Term|CoH|Golden Lute}} until he has sustained enough damage. When he is struck after summoning random monsters, damage will be dealt to the {{Term|CoH|Golden Lute}}, which has six {{Plural|CoH|Heart|link}}. In addition to summoning monsters, {{Term|CoH|Octavo}} can conjure rows of magical {{Plural|CoH|Sword|link}} or {{Plural|CoH|Hammer|link}} in purple or green to damage {{Term|CoH|Link|link}} and {{Term|CoH|Princess Zelda|link}} respectively. {{Term|CoH|Octavo}} can also summon fireballs, which he casts in the shape of a chevron.
