Odolwa

The master of the Woodfall Temple, it is Odolwa who has imprisoned the Guardian God of the South, as well as the Deku Princess, within his temple. His body covered in swirling tattooes, he is a blade dancer with a sword five times the size of Link himself. If Link is to prevail in his quest, then he must defeat Odolwa.

You can attack him with arrows, or use your sword. Both work effectively, so it comes down to whether you want to close in on him, or keep to the sidelines. Be careful of his sword slashes, as that thing's got a pretty far range. He'll also do a spin attack from time-to-time, which you'll need to avoid if you don't want to take some heavy damage! Once in a while he'll also call down some beetles to attack you. Just slash them with your sword to dispose of them. You'll know his time is nearly over when he starts attacking you with more and more ferocity.
