Quake Medallion

The Quake Medallion is and item found in A Link to the Past. It is a magical crest that allows Link to unleash a powerful attack into the ground, damaging, stunning, and defeating enemies in the vicinity. It is owned by a monstrous fish living in the Lake of Ill Omen, who will give it to Link in exchange for a promise to refrain from disturbing him by throwing objects into his circle of stones.
