It is depicted with several diverse regions, each located in the four cardinal directions; including snowy mountain peaks to the north, haunted canyons in the east, forests and swamps in the south, ocean bays in the west, and the village [[Clock Town]] in the center. Termina is a politically heterogeneous land, where each region (with the exception of [[Great Bay]], whose division is never shown or mentioned) has a different local means of government. Great Bay is the western region of Termina, bordering the ocean. The Zora tribe lives just off the coast in the [[Zora Hall]]. The [[Gerudo Pirates]] control the northern portion of the coast inside the [[Pirates' Fortress]], also dubbed the "Pirates' Cove",<ref>{{Cite|Pirates' Cove ahead. Tourists are not welcome.|Sign|MM}}</ref> Far off the coast is [[Pinnacle Rock]], where the water is murky and dangerous.<ref>{{Cite|Pinnacle Rock ahead. Beware murky water and sea snakes.|Sign|MM}}</ref> The [[Oceanside Spider House]] is on the beach, and was used by a man as an underground shelter to escape the imminent crash of the Moon.<ref>{{Cite|I had no idea this place was here...I'll be safe here for sure. I'm glad I found it early.|Hylian|MM}}</ref> Next to the spider house, the [[Fisherman#Majora's Mask|Fisherman]]'s house can also be found. The Great Bay is also the location of the {{Term|MM3D|Marine Research Lab|link}}, the [[Great Bay Temple]], and the [[Waterfall Rapids]].
