In Majoras Mask, it is the main reason Link sets out to wake the Four Giants. If he dosen't awken them before three days pass, Terimna will be crushed and destroyed by it. To stop it, Link must beat all 4 dungeons and awaken the 4 Giants, in the Carnival's Eve climb atop the Clock Tower and play the song Oath to Order and the Giants will stop the falling moon. MAjoras will then get mad and power up the moon forcing Link to confront the mask. After deafiting it, the moon is destroyed and Termina is saved.
