Also known as Lioness, Shetani is a very strokable female resident of the #zelda IRC channel. She also makes awesome signatures and avatars, hands out the clan test and has adopted several awesome members of the community, amongst them Fox McCloud, Sir Auron and Tatl. Not to mention that she is a Super Moderator at ZU. She's known to help out anyone that needs it.
History
Shetani joined Zelda Universe in March, 2003 under the username Sailor Zora. She got some friends, made some posts and enjoyed fighting in the Battle Arena of that time. With today's standards, she was your regular newb, with perhaps a n00bish side to her. When she "came of age" she took the clan test and wound up in Din, where she still resides up to this day.
When the Adoption Center opened up for the first time in August, 2003, Shetani (now under the nick Lioness) became the first member ever to make an adoption. The adoptee in question was no other than the famous Fox McCloud. Since then, Shetani has performed a lot of adoptions, and the "Priderock family" is probably the largest network of adopters and adoptees today.
In the beginning of the first month of 2004, Shetani got appointed moderator over the Din clan, as it at the time was filled with word games, clogging up the site with spam. She's still the leader of the Clan and has a loyal band of followers at her disposal. At the end of the month, she also became moderator over the newb forum, due to her actions there. Shetani still takes care of the Adoption Center, approves new adopters and makes sure everything runs smoothly.
In April the same year, she was put in charge of the Signature Shop section as well. This was done during her absence. Two months later, Shetani became a Super Moderator alongside with Malony.
What she does
- Runs her sig shop "The Vortex". Her old sig shop "PrideRock Sig and Avatar Shop" was one of, if not the, biggest sig shop at the time of its closing.
- Takes care of the Adoption Center, approves new adopters and makes sure people feel welcome. She founded the RubberDuck Foundation, a club competing against the UPA and COAC by handing out rubberduckies to new members.
- Hands out the clan test, a version she helped out writing. She also watches over the clans in general, although Din will always be closest to her heart.
- Moderates ZU, like all the other Super Moderators.
Shetani's ZU Family
The ZU Family should not be confused with Shetani's adoptees. That's a whole different matter.
