Intro

Joining a few days after his 12th birthday, Yami posted his first thread here. Doomed to death, Yami posted his intro thread right here as well.

Soon after introducing himself, Yami headed to the Signature Shops section and started up what is known as the Signature Battles. Useful to some, and a pain in the ass to organise, yet the first battles never finished. Nor the second. Nor the elusive third that never took place.

Graphics

Soon after opening his shop, Yami started making requests. Although lost in the internet, Yams may have his first ZU signature somewhere, and it may show up sometime. Rivaled by graphical giants such as Lioness, Mercutio, SearanoX and McCloud at the time, Yams didn't have much success. Although succeeding in some aspects, Yami quit the buisness to start comics. Sprite comics to be exact. Now Yami has a new shop, his third to be exact, named .reborn, after his return to ZU in 2005.

Absences

Of course, Yam took a break from ZU. During 2004, Yami didn't have much time for ZU, and in late 2004-2005 Yami, took his second break, and progressed his gaming aspects instead. Arriving back in 2005, Yami has turned himself around, pumping out masses of new, fresh graphics, and marking the return of one of ZU's core members.

Comics

Influenced by such comic websites like KeenSpace, and Fireball20xl, Yami wanted a crack at comics. Well, Sprite comics. His first comic was doomed from the start, Tales of the Unexpected: Megaman X Style!, simply because the title was too long. Spawning 13 comics, Yami started two other series. Ask Yami, and Metal Gear: Random. Ask Yami had some popularity, and had a few users asking questions. MGR had a total of 4 comics, and was just plain bad. Although Yami has plans to revive MGR, it is not 100% sure that he will.

Yeah he's a guy, a pretty awesome guy too. Although not as awesome as Peefy of course. Well no one is. Yami seems to be carving his name into Zelda Universe and keeps on making impact apon impact on the site day by day.

Yami is currently 13, soon to be 14 in August. He likes designing things in Photoshop, and likes other things. He is usually lurking around in #zelda and often contributes to lots of various things.

So, how do I get to know him?

Well, you can PM him on the forums, or you could find him on IRC sometimes. Oh, he lives in the UK, so best to find him at GMT times :)
