I'm using it as a picture on my UserPage, since my name is ReDead64. This image was removed from the page, and I don't know if that means it was fixed or just removed for being for personal uses. Am I allowed to put a picture up there so I can just use it on my User Page? Or does it have to be images important for real articles? The purpose of the page isn't to be a resource for users to help turn their userpages into a quasi-social media page; it's to show what images need to be improved to help the wiki.
