Bug: Tooltip display issue when close to right side

Example

Medli - The tooltip for TWW in title(s) of infobox.

Expected result

Single line tooltip, shifted left so it doesn't stick off the right edge of the screen.

Actual result

Double line tooltip, shifted left as needed, but positioned one line too low so as to block the text-that-owns-the-tooltip and cause the tooltip to flash on and off.

Comments

Either prevent the tooltip from going into two lines, or if it does then ensure it's positioned vertically correctly, or both.
