Western Hyrule,[1] also known as the Western Continent,[2] is a location in The Adventure of Link.
Features and Overview
Western Hyrule is a continent which composes half of Hyrule in The Adventure of Link, split from Eastern Hyrule by the Stormy Straights. Western Hyrule is home to the North Castle, where Princess Zelda I sleeps. By finding the Raft in the Island Palace, Link is able to travel to Eastern Hyrule from the port near Mido Town.
The southern region of Western Hyrule features a replica of the overworld seen in The Legend of Zelda. Many landmarks are still visible, such as Spectacle Rock.
