Sure I could help! First, we have to know if your picture is o the wiki or if you want to get it on the wiki, skip to the word "now". Otherwise, to get you picture on the wiki, look at the bottom of the sidebar. There is a box called "toolbox". It has helpful links. One of the links say "Upload file". Click that one. If you can't find it, Here's a link. Click "browse", and find the area on your computer where the picture is. Once you find the file, double click it. Then, in the box named "Summary", type: {{C-nintendo}} (considering it's a Zelda picture) then {{FoundImage|Site URL|Site Name}}. You see the part that says "Site URL"? If you found it on a site that is not part of our collaboration (The part of the sidebar that says "the masterminds" are all the sites that are part of our collaboration) put a link to the site in that box, and the name of the site in the part that says "Site Name". So if it came from, say, Zelda.com, you would type {{FoundImage|http://www.zelda.com|Zelda.com}} (Do NOT forget the "http://"). If, however, the image came from one of the sites in out collaboration, you would type {{FoundImageZW|Site URL|Site Name}}. The same things for the "FoundImage" piece of code apply here, except the box that pops up would say that it is from a site in the Zelda Wiki.org collaboration. If, however, you made the image yourself, you would just type {{ImageSelf|The Sage of Cosmos}}.

Next, now that we got that down, we add it to the Featured Pictures. First, go to the Main Page, click on the text that says "Have you voted for the next Featured Picture yet?" or just type into the search box Zelda Wiki:Featured Picture Nomination (Or just click on that direct link). The next thing to do is click on the tab at the top of the page that says "edit". Or, you can click on this. Now, scroll down to the text that says "{{clear}}". Above that, but under the text saying "{{Oppose}}", type out something looking like this:

Now, for "Picture name, type what the picture is. If it's Twilight Igniter Fyrus, type that. If it's Hyrule Castle, type that. For the line under it, you type something like [[File:fyrus.jpg|thumb|200px]] or [[castle.png|thumb|200px]]. It's the name of the file uploaded earlier. Then for picture description, you describe the picture, you type --~~~~ so you sign the post, then the support and oppose parts will make the places where votes are signed. Here's what it should look like using TP Shad Render.png as an example:

I've been here since January of this year. Started off with making the Link's Crossbow Training article into what it is today. :D All in all, yeah, this is a great site. I have loads of fun here - sure, mod work can get dull sometimes, but it's like being a policeman.

Sig

Okay, I fixed it. All you have to do is type {{Subst:The Sage of Cosmos/sig2}} into the signature box at my preferences. Make sure that the raw signatures box is checked. Then save.Emma ^(Talk) 17:48, November 8, 2008 (UTC)

I've been having problems with my sig too, it seems to reset it self every time I log in to just my user name, rather than my sig.

Userbox

You go to another userbox. And then copy its code. Then you replace everything in it with what you want. Just be careful what you replace. I've got an Irish flag picture on my PC if you need it. Just ask and I'll upload.Emma ^(Talk) 23:28, November 8, 2008 (UTC)

Try going to View→Text Size→Medium. Firefox isn't that hard to install. Fairly simple really. Most of the setup is automatic.Emma ^(Talk) 01:03, November 9, 2008 (UTC)

New Users

Many of the new users are from Zelda Universe. Melchizedek, Jason, and I developed a banner over there that signifies that that member has made many contributions over here (1000 edits). So it would be good to welcome them. If you see someone without a talk page in the recent changes, then go to their contributions. Then at the very top of the page should be something that says "logs". Click on that, and if there are logs, check the very first one. If it is a user creation log and it is recent, then welcome them. Also if you see "new user" in the recent changes, then welcome them. No one puts that in the edit summaries. Experience

Well, I had a rather interesting experience. It's so stupid that I don't even know why I mentioning it but, it's one of those things that somehow I didn't think was possible. Anyway...It's a long story but, there were a few things that needed stored in our woods.....Me being lazy, I decided to load them on the back of a quad and drive them down (it's a pretty long walk, and it's snowing so the ground is slippery). That was exactly what I did, was on my way, and going down a very icy hill. It was dark and snowing so visibility wasn't great, I couldn't really see though because I had fogotten my glasses. So I'm going down the hill (pretty fast) when this thing jumps, no not in front of me, into me (actually it hit the front of the quad, which was about three inches from my hand, so yes, it hit me). I didn't know what it was, so I cut the wheels in the opposite direction (wow! Smart move, going down a hill on ice and you cut the wheels...good one). As I'm sure you guessed, that little stunt totally threw me off the seat and sent me for a nice little ride...er..roll down the hill. The back of my head hit the ground so I-kinda-blacked-out-for-a-second-and-missed-what-actually-hit-me :/ My family, who seen all of this, said it was a deer. I find this to somehow be funny, I mean yeah, it scared the crap out of me, but I have a morbid sense of humor so....Anybody else ever do anything stupid like that? Favorite Game? Why I don't like Twilight Princess

I have to say,WHATS THE BIG DEAL WITH TP? Well, I'm not the Sage, but perhaps I can answer your question.

I enjoy TP simply because it is a fun adventure (sumo wrestling excluded). I have to say, I don't know what you mean when you say items are "boring". I never found them boring, I found them all to be very fun.

One reason I suppose TP is rated above The Wind Waker is because of all the sailing and treasure hunting in Wind Waker. I didn't find this annoying, but I hear that a lot of other people did. The fact is, everyone I know (in person) hates Wind Waker, and loves Twilight Princess. Why? Graphics. That's it, over and over. I have to say, Ocarina of Time was the best Zelda game. I think with Twilight Princess Nintendo was trying to top OoT. Weather they did or not would depend on your opinion.

TW and OoT are probably my favorite games, along with; Majora's Mask and the Legend of Zelda. The said games are pretty much just classics from my point of view. Twilight Princess though, I actually found to be interesting and fun. The Boss' were AWESOME...Especially City in the Sky. Dragons are cool :) Mandi ^Talk 19:04, 10 December 2008 (UTC)

i didn't think twilight Princess was boring and the same with wind waker i thought the graghics suited the game (TP link sailing huge sea, NO WAY) and i think both were very good although some thing i liked more than others: twilight princess bates and wind wakers sailing and the more freedom to do what you want. -Calibure
