In OoT, Green Potions can be bought along with Red Potions and various other Bottle items at the Medicine Shop, which is found in Hyrule Castle Town when Link is a child and in Kakariko Village when Link is an adult. They cost 30 Rupees. They can also be bought from Business Scrubs in various Secret Grottos around Hyrule, along with Red Potions, for 40 Rupees each.
-
In MM, Green Potions can be bought at the MM3D in West Clock Town, and from Kotake at the Magic Hags' Potion Shop in the Southern Swamp. They cost 30 Rupees at the Trading Post, but only 10 at the Magic Hags' Potion Shop. They can also be bought from a Business Scrub in Zora Hall for 40 Rupees, but only while Link is in Zora form. Afterward, Link can get a free Green Potion if he brings Doc Bandam five more Green Chu Jellies.  The way to make Green Potions has apparently been forgotten, as Doc Bandam uses the Green Chu Jelly for research and development and reinvents the Green Potion when he has enough.<ref>{{cite|If you get your hands on any Chu Jelly, please! ===Twilight Princess===
Green Potions do not appear in Twilight Princess, but it is likely that they or a similar item were planned to exist at some point.  Screenshots of the game’s beta show a Magic Meter, and Green Chus and Green Chu Jelly exist marginally in the finished game.  Allowing a Yellow and a Blue Chu to merge creates a Green Chu, from which Link can harvest Green Chu Jelly.  As there is no Magic Meter in the final version of Twilight Princess, drinking this does nothing.

Stamina Potion
A green-colored potion appears in Skyward Sword, but as that game also lacks a Magic Meter, it is used to replenish Link’s Stamina, which is expended when Link performs feats of athleticism or strength like running up walls or carrying very heavy objects.
