Peter is a corn farmer in Color Changing Tingle's Love Balloon Trip. He is located in Page 3, and lives in a small farmhouse with his daughter, Sensei, and talking doll, Corn Boy. His daughter is leaving home, and just so happens to be one of Tingle's love interests.
Peter's leg was injured when Buriki's spaceship crash-landed in his field, smashing into his tractor. For Tingle to move on to page 4, he must help Buriki leave in her ship. He must do several things to complete this task, which includes replacing Buriki's Batteries, and oiling her.
After Tingle helps him out, he takes Tingle, Kakashi, and Buriki to Page 4.
