Eagle (シーシーちゃん) is a secret agent in Color Changing Tingle's Love Balloon Trip. He is the first agent found on Page 10. His code name is Shiishii-chan. When Tingle calls him by that name, he'll receive a memo, which contains a riddle. When the riddle is solved, it will lead Tingle to the next agent, where he is given another riddle. Eagle's mother works at the Page 10 passport office, and wants Tingle to help find Eagle a job.
