If you’re interested in your Legend of Zelda fan site becoming a part of Zelda Wiki, that’s a smart move! If you weren’t already aware, Zelda Wiki is the internet’s largest collaborative project between Zelda fan sites of all sizes and forms. Together we have created a definitive English wiki for The Legend of Zelda series and abolished the many small wikis that were once scattered across the web. A number of the current sites that make up Zelda Wiki have had their own Zelda wikis in the past, which have now combined to form Zelda Wiki. Whether you have a small Zelda wiki of your own or you just want a Zelda Wiki for your site, joining this collaborative project is a great opportunity.

Zelda Wiki is the largest repository for TLoZ content on the web, and we are maintained entirely by volunteer fans. If you're interested in joining the site, all you have to is register. We have some tips here on getting you started with editing and learning what we expect from our editors.

At this current time, Zelda Wiki offers few options towards affiliation. Standard site affiliation, the simplest of the options, functions as a link exchange. We give you our banner, your site gives us yours. Your banner is placed on our affiliates page, and your site is given a small summary blurb; we expect that our banner will be presented on your site in similar form. Furthermore, we do offer what we call ‘true affiliation’; literally one site helping another. Zelda Wiki helps your site as you help improve Zelda Wiki. We don’t offer simple link exchange affiliation; we offer a collaboration of help, assistance and mentoring. Sites which are a part of Zelda Wiki are known as ‘The Masterminds’ and are our affiliates.  We also do interwiki affiliation with other language Zelda wikis and wikis that contain walkthroughs and guides on the series.

If you’re interested in affiliating with Zelda Wiki and helping this great project all you need to do is to send an email to any of the wiki staff listed below, explaining and outlining why you would like to join the Zelda Wiki project. Your application will be considered by the active admins and bureaucrats, who will make a majority decision on your application. We accept all sites that we can who meet the criteria to become a part of Zelda Wiki.

Zelda Wiki is the largest repository for The Legend of Zelda content on the web, and we are maintained entirely by volunteer fans. If you're interested in joining the site, all you have to is register. We have some tips here on getting you started with editing and learning what we expect from our editors.

 • Read the Help Guides

The Help Guides contain information about our policies, including:

 1. The basics of editing
 2. How to cite sources
 3. What we consider proper editing etiquette on the wiki

There are many more guides like these, all of which are meant to be used a reference by new and old users alike.

 • Ask the staff

If you'd like some help or have a question to ask, feel free to contact one of the currently active staff members. We welcome newcomers and are more than happy to help you learn about using the wiki!
