Girubokku are enemies in The Adventure of Link.[1]

Characteristics

These enemies greatly resemble Moas in being giant floating eyeballs; however, they do not appear to be ghosts and they behave rather differently. They travel around the screen for a short distance before opening their single great eye, which is Link's only opening to attack. They gradually close in on Link and attempt to surround him, shutting their eyes to render themselves invincible. Also unlike Moa, Girubokku are always visible (whereas some Moas require the Cross to be visible) and they never appear in graveyards.
