The most powerful and wise being in all of Hyrule. Rauru has lead the Chamber of Sages for many centuries, guarding the greatest treasure of all, the Triforce. Rauru has been inside the Sacred Realm waiting for the chosen one to pull the Master Sword and save Hyrule. His long wait was recompensed when Link arrived, took the Master Sword, and helped the Sages in trapping Ganon inside the Sacred Realm.
It is also believed that Kaepora Gaebora is the Physical manifestation of Rauru In Adventure of Link, there is also a town called Rauru.
