The Glide Shirt is an Item in Tears of the Kingdom.[name references needed]

Location and Uses

Glide Shirt

The cloth sewn to this shirt helps it "catch" air, increasing the wearer's ability to glide while they plummet from the sky.

The Glide Shirt is a piece of Armor that grants Link greater mobility while Skydiving. It is given out as a reward for completing the ancient Zonai dive ceremony on Courage Island.[1] Link can obtain the Glide Shirt by completing the dive ceremony in 35 seconds or less.[2]

  1. "[Dive ceremony?] Could it be that you do not know of the dive ceremony? My apologies. Allow me to explain. The dive ceremony is a trial that tests your courage. It is a rite by which Zonai youth come of age. The starting position is the sky island far above here. The challenger leaps from there. They must pass through all the rings in a set amount of time. I wish you luck in formally overcoming the trial. Those who succeed receive a special outfit to mark adulthood. Go on. Show me your courage." — Steward Construct (Tears of the Kingdom)
