Works like the real life sliding puzzles. A picture is cut into a 4x4 grid and jumbled. The objective is to slide the pieces around to see the original image. The missing piece will always be in the top right hand corner. After completing an image 50 Rupees will fall to the floor. Completing all 16 puzzles grants a 200 rupee reward. Note that the puzzle can only be accessed when 20 Joy Pendants have been handed over to Mrs. Marie and Windfall Island.
