This creepy and rather discourteous man is the leader of the [[Gorman Troupe]] who are scheduled to play at this year's [[Carnival of Time]]. However, due to the crisis involving [[Lulu]] losing her voice, the entire performance is cancelled. He then attempts to down his sorrows and anger at the local [[Milk Bar]]. If you somehow manage to cheer him up, he may give you something valuable in return. He has two other brothers who own a racetrack, but they seem to be causing suspicion lately.
