This is the seventh dungeon in Link's Awakening and the only one to have more then one floor. (There are four in total) Like many other dungeons in this game it requires a key to enter.
Awakening the Flying Rooster
Link first must head back to Mabe Village and push the statue. By doing this it will open up an underground cave were a skeleton of the Flying Rooster is. By playing the Song of Soul again, the skeleton will burst into life and help you out in the quest for the key to the Eagles Tower.
Finding the Bird Key.
The bird key located deep within a cave in the Tal Tal Mountain Range. First Link must the secret entrance to the cave were the key is hidden. By lifting the rooster above his head, Link is able to fly over the large gap and retrieve the Bird Key.
Entrance to the Tower.
Link must follow the mountain path and through caves until reaching the bird tower. Link then places the key into the lock and the tower rotates revealing the entrance.
