Go to their base/hideout and get them back by defeating a Pirate miniboss for each of the four. The eggs can be carried in an [[empty bottle]] for easy transport. Make sure the Pirate guards are avoided at all costs, or they will toss you out and you will have to navigate the hideout from the beginning. The final three were placed with several [[sea snakes]], and [[Link]] must transform into [[Mikau]] to retrieve them from the monsters caves. Once they are all collected, take them to the [[Marine Research Laboratory]]. Once you place them all into the tank together, the eggs will hatch and the baby [[Zora]]s will teach [[Link]] a new song called the [[New Wave Bossa Nova]], which will awaken [[Lulu]]'s voice and lead you to the [[Great Bay Temple]].
