Basic Quiver: When Link retrieves the Hero's Bow from within the Goron Mines after defeating the dungeon's miniboss, the weapon by default comes with the basic quiver, an arrow bag that can hold up to 30 arrows. From this point on, arrows can be hybridized with bombs to create Bomb Arrows, or with the Hawkeye to enhance shooting precision. On the Wii the bow is used with a crosshair, to enhance shooting accuracy. The Gamecube usage of the bow/arrows is no different than Majora's Mask or Ocarina of Time, as somewhat of a first-person shooter.
Quiver Upgrade 1: In the only backalleyway accessible from West Hyrule Castle Town, there is within a circus tent, a sidequest minigame called the STAR Game. The object of this game is to collect all of the glowing orbs within the cage using the Clawshot within the limited time provided. Although Link can try agian as many times as it takes to win, there is only one prize, this round anyway. Upon winning, Link recieves the Quiver Upgrade, an arrow bag that doubles arrow carrying capacity to 60.
Quiver Upgrade 2: After retrieving the Double Clawshot from the City in the Sky, the STAR game can be played again, but with more orbs, and no landing platforms for leverage. If Link manages to victor once more, the prize is the Quiver Upgrade 2, the largest bag which increases the capacity to a whopping 100 arrows.
