Town Land Deed

The Town Land Deed is an item in Majora's Mask used in a long series of trades. In the beginning of the game, you must trade the Deku in South Clock Town a Moon's Tear for his Town Land Deed. This in turn allows you to fly to the Clock Tower to be able to proceed in the game. It is traded for a Swamp Land Deed from the Deku at the Swamp Photo Tour Kiosk.
