King Daltus
Daltus is the Minish Cap-era King of Hyrule. He is quite tall and obese, and wears a long red robe. He is heavily based upon the design of Daphnes Nohansen Hyrule, and also shares voice clips with the King of Red Lions.
Apparently, he once battled Smith in the Picori Festival to the point where it was considered a draw. In the beginning of the game, he appears at the award ceremony for the Picori Festival. Later in the game, he is imprisoned and impersonated by a shape-shifting Vaati. Vaati, as the King, then sends all of the soldiers to go and find the Light Force.
