I looked over the text dumps. I could not find anything about Cremia having a crush on Kafei.--Matt 15:05, 24 April 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

It's implied. The exact text goes along the lines of "Romani knows...Cremia has a crush on a man who is to be married on the day of the Carnival."

That's not exactly it, but it's close. I know Kafei's name is never explicitly mentioned. Anju's Mother also seems to believe it pretty strongly. --Yuvorias, 01:07, 25 April 2008 (EST)

From the conversation in Anju's bedroom on the second night:
Anju: "I wonder if Kafei is really at Cremia's place..."
Anju's Mother: "If Kafei is there, your mother will give him a smack. Besides, think about Cremia. She needs strength from a partner and business support from Madame Aroma. If Kafei really has run off with Cremia, she'll get both. Please don't be sad. How happy could you possibly be... marrying a man who runs off when he's about to be married?"
This plus Romani's quote ("Romani knows... My sister, Cremia, has someone in town she likes... But that person will get married the day of the carnival. It's hard for my sister... Going into town...") seems to imply that there is some sort of known "thing" between Kafei and Cremia; what exactly the circumstances behind this was (whether they were dating before Kafei met Anju or whatever) is never expanded upon in the game. --Ando (T) 16:37, 24 April 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

It seems to me that Aroma's lines above do not imply anything at all. It is just a mother guess at where her future son-in-law has gone. I have played this game more times than I can count over the last eight years. I tried to squeeze every conversation out of every character. And I know for a fact that Romani NEVER says anything of Cremia liking anyone. If that line is in the ROM, which I doubt, that does not mean that it was ever linked to a dialogue.--Matt 17:20, 24 April 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

  1. Aroma is Kafei's mother, not Anju's. ;)
  2. Never says it, eh? I TAKE THIS AS A CHALLENGE, SIR. (and yeah, that line of dialogue IS in the ROM; how else would both Yuvorias AND myself have known about it? And that's where I directly copy and pasted the line from.) --Ando (T) 17:23, 24 April 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

You know exactly what I ment about the mother thing. Find the Romani quote in the game - NOT THE ROM - get a screenshot. Then it will be believable. As I said, if something is in the ROM that does not automaticly make it canon. Take the Arwing for example.--Matt 17:38, 24 April 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Alright, I can do this. But tell me, what's the best way for one to get a screenshot by playing the N64 version of MM?
Actually, I can tell you where Romani says this, before I run off and get a screenshot. This is how: Defeat Them on the first night, then on the second night, just before you undertake the milk carrige mission with Cremia, go into their house (Romani and Cremia's) and talk to Romani with any mask on, except for the transformational ones. You may need to talk to her twice.--Yuvorias, 10:46, 25 April 2008 (EST)

Well Anju's mother's conversation just a mother's guessing since her future son-in-law is a no-show. Leaving Romani's quote as the only supporting information. Information which may not be reliable. See Romani and Cremia have not been on the best of terms lately. Cremia does not believe Romani about "they" take cows until "they" take Romani ( and return her in a rather unusual state). Young children make up stories all the time. When talk to Cremia on just after nightfall on the First Day with the Couple's mask and the Kafei Mask, Cremia does not seem bothered at all about the marrage. So with this level of doubt I think it would appropriate to state in the article that the crush might not even exist. Also to be more discriptive on the location of Romani's qoute.--Matt 12:20, 25 April 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

You're right about Anju's mother. However, I do believe the crush exists. If it makes you happy, I'll be looking for further evidence to support it soon. Yuvorias, 23:44, 25 April 2008 (EST)
I think it's possible yes. But I don't think Cremia would ever even think about betraying Anju. It is just an inoccent crush of the type that many people can say they have had at one point or another about someone.--Matt 13:54, 25 April 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]
It's one of those helpless loves, I think. She cares about him in that way, but really can't do anything about it. --Yuvorias, 23:59, 25 April 2008 (EST)

Can anyone recall if Cremia is present at the wedding during the credits?--Matt 14:01, 25 April 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Nope, she isn't. She's hanging out at the ranch with Romani. --Yuvorias, 00:04, 26 April 2008 (EST)
Well I think that many characters shown in one part of the credits end up at the wedding. Someone is going to have to go beat Majora and verify. But I'm not at home right now.--Matt 14:08, 25 April 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]
