Phonograph
The Phonograph is the tenth item in the Oracle of Seasons trading sequence. This is a green music player. Given by Guru-Guru in exchange for helping the windmill work better with the Engine Grease. This item is passed on to Deku Scrub in the Lost Woods because he loves music, in return for the Noble Sword.
There is also a Phonograph in The Minish Cap inside the rich man's house. It isn't an item you can carry around it just sits there and can be used for a Sound Test.
