==Characteristics and Weaknesses==

When a Baba Serpent is chopped off its base, it will hop around to hunt down the offender. If they get close to [[Link]], they'll clamp their jaws around the hero, and he must use a [[Spin Attack]] to escape. Similar to [[Bio Deku Baba]]s, a Baba Serpent may be found hanging from the ceiling of an enclosure. When Link fights [[Ook]] in the [[Forest Temple]] he will toss the [[Gale Boomerang]] to sever some of them from the ceiling. The best way to get rid of multiple Baba Serpents, or even just one that has bitten Link, is to perform the Spin Attack. They have thorns on their stalks where normal Babas have nothing special, they also have orange heads with black stripes and blue and purple tongues, fangs, and seemingly a nose.
