Template:Place In Ocarina of Time, the Bazaar is a shop where Link can buy various goods. As young Link, it is located Hyrule Castle Town and is the first place where the Hylian Shield is available for purchase for 80 Rupees. However, if Link talks to the guard at the Death Mountain gate of Kakariko Village first, he can get a discount on the Hylian Shield and buy it for just 50 Rupees.[1] Seven years later when the castle town is destroyed, the owner of the Bazaar flees to Kakariko Village and sets up shop in what used to be the Death Mountain Trail guard's house.
