You can find Cyclos in a humongous cyclone near the [[triangle isles]]. If you sail into it, he will take you in. You have to quickly whip out your [[bow]] and shoot him three times (aim a little to the right because of the wind). If you succeed, he will teach you the [[Ballad of the Gales]]. | |||
