The Dungeon Map is a very common item found in almost all of the Zelda games. With this, you can see the layout of the rooms in a dungeon! Before you get this, the map of the dungeon is only completed as you enter new rooms. When you have just the map, treasure chests and the bosses location are not shown. In order to make this information apparent, you must first find the compass.
