The Fairy Fountain theme is a recurring song in Template:LZS.
Appearances
The Fairy Fountain theme first appeared in A Link to the Past, played in the file selection screen and inside Fairy Fountains. Since then, the song as appeared in every installment of the series, with the exception of Link's Awakening and the Template:OoX.
Elements
This theme is very ethereal, with soft, repetitive harmonies and constantly shifting keys. The piece is composed of two main elements: a staccato melody that winds slowly up and down, and a fuller harmony that falls chromatically after every note of the melody.
Trivia
- This song is a remixed version of the map theme for World 3, Water Land, from Super Mario Bros 3.[1]
- A remix of the song is used as part of the Zelda-themed music in Donkey Konga.[2]
