Fire Arrow

The Fire Arrow is an upgrade to Link's bow arsenal. It caused the spot it hits to burst into flame upon contact. It was useful for defeating Gibdos and Anubis's, melting ice, and other things that flames can do. It was particularly useful when there were torches that Din's Fire would be useless to use because there were too few torches. They are more useful in MM than in OoT.
