Gohma Eggs are recurring enemies in The Legend of Zelda series.[1]
Characteristics
Ocarina of Time
Gohma Eggs appear Inside the Deku Tree in Ocarina of Time. They can be found hanging on the ceiling, falling when Link gets close enough, damaging him on contact. After hatching, a Gohma Larva will be born from it. Link can prevent this by destroying the Egg with the Fairy Slingshot while still on the ceiling. During the dungeon's boss fight, Gohma will hatch more Eggs to distract Link.
Gohma Eggs also appear in Dodongo's Cavern in Master Quest.
Twilight Princess
Gohma Eggs appear during the fight against Armogohma in Twilight Princess. While crawling on the ceiling, Armogohma will hatch Eggs from which Baby Gohmas are born.
