Goron Iron is cargo that can be carried with the Spirit Train's freight car. The Iron is given to the lumber seller in Whittleton for a force gem.

Since the begining of time, the Gorons have been excelent in metal work. In Ocarina of Time, the Gorons built iron fixtures for walkways in the Fire Temple, also the Megatron hammer. In Twilight Princess, the Gorons had giant mines with huge iron catwalks and they also made the Iron Boots.
