Description
The Sheikah of ancient Hyrule developed this as a weapon to combat Ganon. Its six legs give it extraordinary mobility compared to most current vehicles, and its powerful laser provides far greater offensive capability than conventional weaponry. Destroying the legs severely reduces its mobility.

Guardian Stalkers are a type of Guardian found throughout Hyrule, most commonly in the area surrounding Hyrule Castle. They were built by the ancient Sheikah to be used as a powerful weapon against Calamity Ganon.[1] During the events of Breath of the Wild, they are an enemy to Link under Calamity Ganon's influence. Guardian Stalkers have a large amount of health at 1500 and can fire powerful blue laser beams from their eye that can deal 58 points of damage. If a target is too close to them, they will attempt to distance themselves in order to fire their lasers; otherwise, they will relentlessly pursue the target until they lose track of it. Link can inflict a high amount of damage to Guardian Stalkers by deflecting their lasers back at their eye with a Perfect Guard. When defeated, they may drop any combination of Ancient Gears, Screws, Shafts, Cores and Springs. Link can cut off the legs of a Guardian Stalker, which drops ancient Materials, deals high damage and temporarily stuns them. This can also, depending on the situation and terrain, topple them over entirely, making them helpless. However, should a crippled Guardian Stalker recover its footing, it will actively and frantically escape from Link while continuing to attack, making it harder for him to land further hits.
