This village is most famously associated with Ocarina of Time, where Link is faced with several challenges, one being the Shadow Temple. There is also the Well (where he retrieves the Lens of Truth) and the Graveyard (where Link obtains the Sun's Song, several Pieces of Heart, Gold Skulltula spiders, and Hylian Shield). You can get an Empty Bottle by catching cuccos. In Kakariko Village there is also an entrance to Death Mountain Trail and the Windmill Hut. Adult Link can also a find Potion shops, a Shooting Gallery and Weapons Shop to spend some rupees in. If you talk to the cuccogirl as an adult, you will get the first item in the adult trading sequence.
