The Riddle Quest is exclusive to the Game Boy Advance version of A Link to the Past. It can only be found after gaining at least ten Medals of Courage in the Four Swords game, which is on the same game cartridge.
A Medal of Courage is awarded, after a round, to the player that obtained the greatest number of Rupees in Four Swords.
First talk to the man inside the Lumberjack's house (north of the Death Mountain entrance), he will give Link a riddle. Link must then go and catch a creature or item that solves the riddle. After solving all ten riddles, Link will get an upgraded Hurricane Slash, this will make Link able to repeatedly swirl around.
